Corporate Director of Revenue Management
Ruthie is responsible for overseeing revenue management for all HMC managed hotels. She focuses on pricing & positioning, inventory management, competitive market intelligence, and forecasting & pace performance. She also aids Sales and Marketing in strategic business analysis and driving positive RevPAR. She ensures hotel revenue streams are successfully maximized and plays a key role in helping our hotels reach their financial goals.
She has over 10 years of hotel and revenue generation experience, having also held the roles of Revenue Management in multiple IHG hotels and previously the Director of Sales & Marketing for the Radisson Hotel Dallas–North Addison, one of the hotels currently under HMC’s management. Prior to her hospitality roles, she held positions in Telecommunications as a Subject Matter Expert and a Senior Technical Support Professional, winning Technical Support Professional of the year on her first year with the company.
