Vice President of Human Resources
Libby is responsible for a wide variety of duties as HMC’s Vice President of HR. She oversees the administration and management of Human Resources at HMC Corporate and their managed properties. This includes supervising property Human Resources Administrators, as well as overseeing recruiting, hiring, training and orientation, employee database maintenance, wage/benefit administration, compliance with statutory requirements, participation in property transitions and new hotel openings, and the execution of employee relations activities.
Libby brings over 10 years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry and holds a degree in Hotel, Travel and Tourism. Her knowledge and background in field operations and corporate administration has helped facilitate her transition into the Human Resources department. With the ever-changing labor laws, Libby continually meets these challenges by attending HR seminars at every opportunity.
