Lacy Russell

As Corporate Administrative Assistant, Lacy is responsible for the day to day operations at the HMC corporate office and serves as liaison between the corporate office and hotel management. Additionally, she works directly with the Executive VP of Accounting in production of various monthly financial reporting for all hotels within HMC’s managed portfolio. Lacy is also responsible for accounts payable/receivables, and End of Month billing, as well as support to all department heads including Human Resources, Marketing, Operations and Development.

Lacy attended Tarleton State University and began working in the hospitality industry at one of HMC’s IHG managed hotels. She began as a front desk agent and worked her way up to Assistant General Manager before moving to the HMC corporate office. Lacy has experience in management, customer service, leadership, and communication. She also has extensive knowledge of computer systems and shows extreme attention to detail.
